S.Arturo farm is near Montecatini Val di Cecina, in a rich territory of history and culture.

In Montecatini Val di Cecina you can visit the most ancient mine of copper of Europe, the city of the alabaster Volterra, founded from the population of the Etruschi. Lardarello, the principal Italian centre for the production of electric from geothermal energy... known as "The devil's valley" cause the smokes that naturally go out of the earth.

We live in the country, but far only 2 kms there is Ponteginori.

In this town you can find a pharmacy, the postal office, the bank, the church, shops of alimentary, bakery, butchery, newsvendor, the Police officers and a sport center.

There is the railway station with a small train that connects all the small town.

From Genova (A12): exit Rosignano Solvay and to head to S.Piero in Palazzi. To follow SS68 for Volterra direction. At km 19,200, Gello (you see Agriturismo Sant'Arturo).
From Bologna - Florence (A1):  exit Florence Certosa and to follow for Colle Val D' Elsa - Volterra, SS68 Cecina direction to km 20, Gello.

From Rome: to follow Aurelia (SS1) direction north until Cecina, therefore to follow for Volterra SS68. To km the 19,200, Gello (you see Agriturismo Sant'Arturo).
